특정 Control에 특정 메세지를 전송.

target window 아래 child window을 뒤져 원하는 핸들값을 찾아내고 메시지를 전송.

This program is Encoder.
I encoded the plaintext And memo the encoded string.
But I fotget the plaintext!!!
SHIT, What the...!!!
I don't have decoder!
I hope you decode this string!

p.s) You should input the key which are removed the space in plaintext!
ex.) a b cd(x) => abcd(o)
